ERM appoints Maximo Hernandez as Global Oil and Gas Managing Partner to enhance customer focus in the sector

As part of the ERM’s growth strategy on the oil and gas sector and our commitment to develop deeper industry knowledge across our global organization, Maximo Hernandez has joined ERM as the new Global Oil and Gas Managing Partner.
ERM’s solid reputation in providing environmental solutions for the world’s oil and gas industry across upstream and downstream activities enables ERM to help clients solve the many pressing environmental challenges facing businesses both now and in the future.  Mr Hernandez's role will be to help develop and lead ERM’s strategies in Oil and Gas and support consultants as they advise major clients on the impacts and alternatives resulting from the rapidly changing environment.
Mr Hernandez  has 18 years' experience in truly international drilling related assignments which include running multi-national operations,  global product development, leading drilling technology organizations and Global strategy implementation. He has previously spent 13 years with Schlumberger Oilfield Services and 5 years with NOV IntelliServ.
ERM’s Global Commercial Director Shawn Doherty stated: “Mr Hernandez brings a level of industry knowledge and a scale of business development that is important for us to achieve our aspirations in the sector. His career has involved working in a wide variety of environments – involving seven different geography moves – which means he has the experience of working in the many environments ERM is involved in around the world. "

As we transition to the new operating environment in the Oil and Gas Sector.
