Brian Kraus, Global Director of Safety Performance Improvement Services for ERM, will be the keynote speaker at Roundup’s Environment, Health & Safety Awards Breakfast.
ERM is hosting a breakfast session on Tuesday, January 24th on Risk Management. This event will speak to what clients need to consider when structuring their risk management framework, and how to evolve it during the lifecycle of a project.
ERM will also be exhibiting at Booth #803 throughout the conference.
Brian Kraus, Global Director of Safety Performance Improvement Services, ERM
Brian specializes in the design, development and deployment of large scale programs and initiatives to drive rapid transformations in HSE performance. He has been instrumental in developing a range of innovative approaches to deliver sustained behavioural change on the frontline, coaching leaders on practical actions they can take to deliver up to 80% reductions in incident and accident statistics, and broader operational performance improvement. Brian has worked closely with senior leaders of the world’s most successful companies, their leaders on the frontline and HSE professionals over 20 years working in this field. He has written widely on HSE performance improvement and delivered inspirational keynote addresses on this topic at seminal events. He is a graduate engineer with a Masters of Business Administration from London Business School. He previously worked in industry and as a strategic management consultant.
