1. Not available: The implementation of ERM's Global Contractor Management Program commenced in FY13. The next stage of implementation will enable greater reporting of supply chain management issues

2. Not available: Due to system limitations, ERM is not able to report the average hours of training that the organization's employees have undertaken during the reporting period by gender or employee category

3. Not available: Due to system limitations, ERM is not able to report on minority groups

4. Not applicable: ERM does not collect safety data by gender as this is deemed not material to our operations given the gender-neutral nature of our work. Not available: Due to system limitations, ERM is not able to report occupational disease rates or absentee rates. In FY14, ERM will complete the development of a global H&S management system. Following this, data management systems will be reviewed to determine requirements in the future. Data are for ERM employees and dependent contractors only
