Learning and development
Every new employee completes a number of mandatory training and local on-boarding activities to ensure they are safe and compliant with the requirements and policies of ERM, our clients and related legislation. We have developed a dedicated Discover ERM portal to support integration of new employees and the continued education of existing staff; an important part of our learning and development program from the start.

Your learning journey will be supported through development programs delivered by our global and regional learning team, online via the ERM Academy and development conversations with your Line Manager.
