Throughout 2020, ERM held a series of COVID-19 Roundtables for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professionals, discussing the continued management of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The roundtables' foundation was for EHS professionals keeping our most valuable asset, our people, safe and healthy, and over 250 EHS professionals worldwide participated across a diverse range of sectors including technology, media and telecommunications, power, mining, chemical, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and oil and gas.

The participants shared their insights as they kept businesses operating and provided valuable benchmarking data for current and future business continuity and pandemic planning. This COVID-19 Insights Summary captures the roundtable recaps, organized by business impact/influence, such as business continuity, health screenings and testing, and return to work. A number of links shared by participants containing information on building resources and pandemic curve forecasting for return-to-work business planning and preparedness are also included in the Insights Summary.

The goal of publishing this compilation is to share information for broader use and help the readers benchmark their programs with the insights provided over the last 12 months - benefitting business continuity and pandemic planning in preparation for a brighter future.
