We are committed to maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards in our business conduct.

At the time of hire and annually, all ERM employees must complete online training through the company’s learning and development platform, the ERM Academy. The training covers a variety of important subject areas, and is refreshed regularly, to support ERM employees in making good decisions every day. The training covers a broad range of ethics and compliance topics, including anti-corruption, Speak Up, ethical leadership, conflicts of interest, sanctions, insider trading, HR-related topics, health and safety, data privacy, cyber security, and modern slavery.

Each year, all ERMers are asked to complete an annual Business Conduct and Ethics Certification as part of ERM’s commitment to ethical business practices and sustainability. The certification supports both our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and associated Global Policies which reinforce the ethical foundation of everything we do. It’s a simple yet vital step in upholding the highest standards across ERM.

Our written Global Code of Business Conduct and Ethics sets clear requirements to ensure we conduct business with uncompromising honesty, integrity and compliance with laws and regulations. Our commitment to combat all forms of corruption, including bribery and fraud, is fundamental to how we operate and is embedded into our key systems and programs. We apply our business conduct and ethics commitments across every ERM office and activity, every day, with the involvement and awareness of all our employees.

All employees and Partners are held responsible for compliance with our Code and policies.

We also choose our business partners with care and expect that they will demonstrate the highest level of integrity at all times and in all dealings. ERM’s Supplier Code of Business Conduct and Ethics sets out the principles and standards of conduct that ERM expects of any person or entity who provides goods or services to ERM.
