We place the highest value on honest, transparent business conduct and compliance with applicable laws across our global operations.

Our overall approach to corporate governance is based on these fundamental commitments as well as the ERM Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (Code of Conduct).

ERM's Code of Conduct includes a set of ethical Principles that guide the work we undertake and our business interactions with colleagues, clients, suppliers and communities. The Principles are defined in the Code of Conduct and include Accountability, Collaboration, Commitment, Efficiency, Empowerment, Integrity, Respect, Service and Transparency.

As we continue to grow our global organization, we will be focusing on improving communication and establishing systems to help standardize and strengthen our risk management capabilities through our Code of Conduct. These extend to all areas of ERM's business, including functions such as Information Technology, Human Resources and marketing, as well as the work we do for clients.

During FY14, ERM again met our ongoing goal of no fines or non-monetary sanctions for material non-compliance with laws or regulations. We also improved the completion rates of mandatory training for new starters, and continue to focus on reaching our target of 100 percent compliance.
