Suzanne is the voice and the vision of Shelton Group, an ERM company. Drawing on her extensive experience in energy and the environment – and 25+ years in the marketing and advertising industry – Suzanne provides high-level strategic insights for our clients and guidance for our research and creative departments. She regularly speaks at conferences around the country, including Sustainable Brands, Fortune Brainstorm E and the International Builders’ Show, and serves as a guest columnist for publications like Fast Company, Green Builder and GreenBiz.com. 

Rob leads ERM’s North America Climate Advisory services. He has 27 years experience with expertise in climate change, energy industries, environmental policy, and clean energy and is currently working with numerous clients to develop climate net-zero strategies.​ Rob operates at the intersection of environmental economic, energy policy and carbon accounting and he has built a track record of collaborative successes in his past leadership roles in consulting, industry and government. He has held senior leadership roles at IHS Markit, PG&E National Energy Group, and the US Environmental Protection Agency. Over his recent 10+ years with ERM/MJB&A, Rob developed new capabilities and offerings to support clients in navigating their transition to a low carbon economy. In addition to his deep subject matter expertise, Rob brings an inclusive, collaborative, client-first leadership style to all of his endeavors.   

Mark Lee is the Director of the SustainAbility Institute by ERM, which launched in 2020 to define, accelerate and scale sustainability performance by developing actionable insight for business. He is also an ERM Partner and sits on the Advisory Board of Sustainable Brands and the Senior Advisory Board of the Centre for Responsible Business at the Haas Business School at UC Berkeley. He is based in California.
