Dr. Sahley is a biodiversity specialist who works as an international consultant, researcher, and educator. She has extensive experience working in Latin America and is experienced with ESG and the application of international bank standards and best practices, particularly IFC Performance Standards and World Bank Group EHS Guidelines. Her experience includes overseeing complex biodiversity monitoring programs in Andean and rainforest habitats with mining, power and infrastructure projects in Latin America. She applies her biodiversity expertise to assist clients with developing strategies to achieve No Net Loss and Net Gain of biodiversity through the creation and implementation of Biodiversity Action Plans.
