Rati has over 16 years of experience working with manufacturing, chemicals and finance sector clients, translating strategy to actions. She specializes in curating and deploying innovative solutions using data and integrated systems, shaping data for monetization, and unifying the ESG landscape.  Over her four years at ERM, Rati has been driving digital integration to the core of our services. Working closely with global digital teams, she has been instrumental in designing, launching and scaling up digital services for the region.

Before ERM, Rati worked with DuPont Sustainable Solutions (DSS) as their APAC lead for digital enablement for Operational Risk Management. Her focus was on establishing risk-based frameworks for implementing a digital intervention in Oil & Gas, Mining and manufacturing sectors. She also helped establish sustainability services as a new business line for Tata Consultancy Services. She holds a masters in environment management, and is a certified lead auditor for EHS systems. She has worked across the globe on engagements ranging from circular economy, water stewardship, ESG performance excellence etc. Rati is a partner leading Sustainable Operations for APAC region, and is based in Singapore. Beyond work, Rati is a photographer, authors a blog, and loves traveling to less travelled destinations with her family.

Justin is a Research and Networks Manager with the ERM Sustainability Institute based in Oregon in the Pacific Northwest of the United States.

He supports the Sustainability Institute’s mission of providing actionable insights for business by developing several thought leadership pieces including the Sustainability Trends series, Rate the Raters, and Implementing the CSRD: Preparing for a New Era of ESG Disclosure. Justin is also engaged with sustainability strategy and disclosure projects for various clients and sectors. To complement his work in sustainability strategy and thought leadership, he also has considerable experience in finance and commercial strategy. ​

In 2022, Justin received his Professional Science Master’s (PSM) degree in Environmental Sciences with a focus in Climate Change from Oregon State University and holds a SASB Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credential. 

Penny is a Partner, Regional ESG Digital Advisory Lead, Asia (based in Singapore) where she leads the ESG digital services practice at ERM in the Asia region. She works closely with clients across industries to achieve sustainability goals through technology enablement, digitization, partnerships and business transformation within ESG and EHS domains.  With over 15 years of experience, Penny has successfully helped companies transformed, through technology consulting, digital product development, systems implementation, partnership development, and enterprise change management, across the US, EMEA and APAC regions in the finance, technology, manufacturing and AEC industries. 

Prior to ERM, she held digital leadership positions across the media and technology sectors, including Arcadis and The Economist Asia. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master(CSM), Product Owner (PSPO), and Design Thinking & Change Management Practitioner (PROSCi), Penny is able to lend pragmatic insights from both a practitioner and advisor perspectives to implementing complex projects. 

Penny is on the Board of the British Chamber of Commerce, Co-Chairwoman for the Technology Committee, and a Board advisor to a Series B software company. In 2020, she was awarded 'Female Digital Leader of the Year' by Women in IT for her contribution to APAC. 

Alan is a Partner based in Sydney in ERM’s Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change services team. He leads projects in relation to sustainability strategy, ESG (environmental, social and governance) materiality and investor risk, impact and shared value, business and human rights, and natural capital. Alan joined ERM in 2022 as the Founding Partner of Point Advisory’s NSW practice.

Outside of his role at ERM, Alan chairs the Responsible Investment Association Australasia’s First Nations Peoples’ Rights Working Group and is a former Non-Executive Director of B Lab Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

Sabrina is a Partner with ERM, based in Australia. She has more than 20 years of experience in working with clients to help identify, understand and manage environmental, social and human rights risks, impacts and opportunities across the product lifecycle. A particular focus of her work has been the nexus between environmental impacts and human rights risks, within the context of a just transition. Based on her experience, she is able to share pragmatic insights from both a practitioner and advisor perspective to support the operationalisation of sustainability for long-term growth and success.

Arun is a Technical Consulting Director with at ERM.  He has a Doctorate of Philosophy in Ecological Sciences.  He has almost 30 years’ experience working for academic and conservation organizations.   

At ERM Arun leads and advises biodiversity initiatives with emphasis on assessing and managing impacts on threatened, endemic, restricted range and migratory/congregatory species, protected areas and other Key Biodiversity Areas. Biodiversity assessments and management have been strongly guided by IFC Performance Standard (PS) 6, ADP SPS, EBRD Habitat Directive, ICMM, BBOP, relevant IUCN guidelines and various company standards. Prior to ERM, Arun was Vice President for Sustainability at Olam International and Conservation Director of WWF Malaysia. 

Arun has had extensive experience with Environment and Social Impact Assessments and Due Diligence with a focus on biodiversity baseline assessments, Ecosystem Service Reviews and management planning for several sectors that include renewable (wind, solar and hydroelectric) and non-renewable power (including thermal and gas) in Bangladesh, Georgia, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka), linear infrastructure (roads and power transmission lines) and mining. Impact and biodiversity assessment and management experience has been strongly guided by IFC Performance Standard (PS) 6, ADP SPS, EBRD Habitat Directive, ICMM, BBOP, IUCN guidelines and various company standards.
