Omar is the ERM CVS Partner and Global Training Director, bringing over two decades of expertise in knowledge transfer within the Test, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry. With a proven track record of leading impactful training initiatives across diverse sectors, including energy, chemicals, medical devices, aerospace, automotive, food, technology, and manufacturing. Omar is recognized for his deep understanding of industry standards and regulatory frameworks. His experience spans a wide array of scopes, including multiple ISO standards, regulatory protocols, business frameworks, and best practices, making him a trusted authority in global compliance and operational excellence. Prior to joining ERM CVS, Omar has held executive and senior training and marketing leadership roles in global certification bodies, where he has played a key role in shaping strategic learning programs and driving industry engagement.

Andy is also a GHG Lead Verifier and Environmental Health & Safety lead auditor with over 20 years in the Certification sector delivering complex multi-site management system audits and GHG verifications. ​Andy has extensive oil & gas experience and has audited a wide variety of production facilities across many jurisdictions, particularly in the offshore sector.
