The ERM Academy provides opportunities for ongoing education across a variety of subject areas related to technical, business and personal growth. In FY14, we achieved our target of providing a specified number of training hours for every employee through the ERM Academy.
Through the ERM Academy, we also offered employees specialist training, focused on enhancing the skills they need to adapt to a changing market and rolled out development pathways. These pathways are aligned with our career framework at each level and help employees enjoy productive and rewarding careers at ERM and support progression to more senior levels in the organization.
Our refreshed, globally consistent Aspire program, which is aimed at high-potential Senior Consultants, was delivered for the first time across all our regions.
We are very pleased that ERM's year-on-year decline in voluntary turnover continued, helping us to retain the best talent. We met our target of increasing the ratio of female Senior Consultants, but fell short of our target of increasing the ratio of female Partners.
