Brian is a partner in the health and safety/process safety management practice within ERM based in Hartford, CT. He has provided clients with risk management support in various industries, including industrial manufacturing, consumer goods, chemical manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, research & development, and power generation. Brian has experience with qualitative/quantitative industrial hygiene assessments, Process Safety Management, safety management systems, safety leadership & coaching, risk assessments / Process Hazard Analysis, combustible dust, highly hazardous processes, and serious injury/fatality prevention programs. He works with clients to share innovative, technical, and risk-based approaches to compliance, safety, health, and culture in the workplace based on his varied industry experience.

Larry has over 20+ years of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) experience and is a Certified Process Safety Auditor (CPSA). Larry has diverse experience in multiple industries. He is an expert in interpretation and compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations (including 29 CFR 1910.119 and 40 CFR 68) and implementing policies and procedures to meet all federal, state, and local requirements. Larry has worked in industry, and his experience includes start-up and operation of manufacturing facilities, including training, program development, reporting, and compliance with environmental, health, and safety matters. He has served in multiple EHS roles and has extensive experience providing on-site environmental and safety leadership and assistance.

Mark is a partner in the health and safety practice at ERM based out of Irvine, CA. He has over 20 years of experience in EHS leadership strategies and compliance programs, ranging from corporate compliance and management systems implementation to auditing and managing EHS operations for multinational companies globally. He has experience in ISO 45001 & 14001 certification for both the government and private sectors. While holding several leadership positions throughout his career, Mark has demonstrated EHS excellence in both risk management and injury reduction. With his extensive experience, he collaborates with clients to evaluate, prioritize, and apply safety, transportation, security, and environmental obligations to complex businesses globally, including EHS design processes for capital projects. He leads international teams focused on delivering effective and efficient program and project management support while driving better business performance for clients.

Ryan provides environmental support to technology, oil and gas, and chemical clients throughout the United States and Canada. He is involved in supporting a technical consortium as its project manager. Ryan's environmental expertise includes Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) alignment assessments, multimedia environmental auditing and inspections, environmental, health, and safety (EHS) risk reviews, development and implementation of spill prevention, countermeasure, and control (SPCC) plans and stormwater pollution prevention plans and best practices. He graduated from Texas Christian University, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Environmental Science and certificates in Environmental Management and Water Science.

Terry has over 40 years of experience providing environmental, health and safety (EHS) and product quality management systems support to clients in the technology, manufacturing, chemical, and automotive industries. His expertise includes working with large organizations to assess processes and procedures, develop programs to improve EHS performance, implement new management systems, enhance existing systems, conduct management system audits, and conduct training. In addition, Terry has experience conducting third-party audits and brings the registrar's perspective to each engagement. Terry maintains certified lead auditor status for ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, and is an approved lead auditor for OHSAS 18001.
