Dawn White-Williams

Principal Consultant, ERM

Dawn joined ERM in May 2020 as Principal Consultant. With over 20 years of experience in regulatory testing including expertise in water quality as well as GLP metabolism and environmental fate studies on diverse substances, Dawn has in-depth knowledge of the practicalities of testing regimes and handling of crop protection products, from scientific, regulatory and business perspectives.

At ERM Dawn focuses primarily on supporting regulatory strategy and dossier preparation for new and existing crop protection products and advising clients on registration requirements, and feasibility of testing proposals, particularly for Bioprotectants. Dawn is also involved in negotiations with Regulatory Authorities on behalf of clients and participates in the moderation of specialist working groups within key professional organizations representing the Bioprotectants industry.

Jeroen Meeussen

Technical Director, ERM

Jeroen joined ERM in September 2020 as Technical Director. He is well known in the crop protection sector, having been involved in a number of regulatory functions at the national level in the Netherlands as well as at EU and global levels. Having worked for over 20 years at the Board for the authorisation of plant protection products and biocides (Ctgb) in the Netherlands, Jeroen spent nearly 5 years (2010-2015) working as a national expert in DG SANTE, responsible for various projects related to the implementation of Regulation 1107/2009, including ‘minor uses’ and biopesticide issues.

From 2015-2020, he held the post of Coordinator in the EU Minor Uses Coordination Facility, based in Paris. Since 2005, he has also chaired the Expert Group on Biopesticides (EGBP) as part of the Pesticide Programme of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). More information
