Alexandra Guadueta

Alexandra Guadueta - Global Leader, Social Impact & Human Rights, ERM

Alexandra is a Senior Partner, working out of the Washington DC office on domestic and global projects across several industry sectors. She utilizes her industry background to support corporate leadership teams in the formulation and implementation of ESG policies in matrixed organizations. Building on her experience working with governments, international organizations, and civil society, Alexandra advises businesses on reputational risk and multi-stakeholder engagement. She is a former member of the UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights and led the global dissemination of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, which underpins today’s standards on social impact and due diligence.
