ERM, the world’s largest sustainability consultancy, today announced Executive Committee appointments to support the firm’s next phase of growth and transformation.
Betty McCormack Howard joins ERM as Chief People Officer, leading ERM’s global People function and talent strategy. Betty joins from Accenture, where she held senior global roles spanning people strategy, leadership, talent and organizational transformation. She has a strong track record of partnering with executive teams through periods of growth and change and will help strengthen ERM's talent and organizational capabilities as the firm continues to evolve. She succeeds Ellis Griffiths, who will transition to a senior advisor role at ERM.
Paul McCabe joins ERM as Chief Technology Officer, with responsibility for shaping and delivering the firm's technology strategy. Paul brings extensive experience leading technology-enabled transformation and advancing digital and data capabilities to support growth, innovation and business performance, most recently serving as Chief Digital & Information Officer at Giacom. He succeeds Thomas Achhorner, who is retiring from ERM.
