ERM at the World Agri-Tech South America Summit 2026

Ricardo Zibas currently serves as the Regional Lead Partner for Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change at ERM in Latin America. Additionally, he holds the position of Co-Chair of the Sustainability Committee at the British Chamber of Commerce (BritCham) in São Paulo. With over 25 years of experience in ESG themes, he has a robust background in environmental and social due diligence, as well as in projects addressing climate change mitigation and adaptation. Since COP12 in 2006, he has been an active member of the Brazilian delegation at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). His extensive industry experience spans the Oil & Gas, Mining, Petrochemical, and Agribusiness sectors, and he has successfully led projects across Latin America, Europe, and Africa.

Berguedof Sciulli is the Regional Commercial Director for Latin America (LAC) at ERM, based in the São Paulo office. In this role, he leads commercial strategy and client engagement across the region, bringing over 27 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, hydrogeology, and environmental remediation. Beyond technical leadership, he is actively involved in strategic initiatives such as ERM’s participation in the World Agri-Tech South America Summit and internal thought leadership forums.

Celia Alcantar is a Senior Partner with 30 years’ experience providing sustainability consulting in Latin American and US markets. She is currently on the leadership teams for the Chemical and Agribusiness Sectors in Latin America and the Commercial Director for our business in Northern Latin America. Celia drives collaboration across our global accounts to ensure ERM consistently and responsively delivers client solutions to help them effectively achieve their environmental, health & safety, and sustainability goals. As an American with over 25 years of living and practicing in Latin America, Ms. Alcantar bridges support for both corporate and local leadership needs. She has provided support to senior management teams and participated in contract negotiations involving mergers and acquisitions and other corporate advisory services across Latin America as well as provided strategic and technical support regarding environmental liabilities, asset management, and closure strategies, including risk-based remedial solutions.

Daniel is a Partner and Technical Director at ERM, leading a team of more than 15 professionals in Brazil dedicated to supporting strategic ESG, Health & Safety, and Sustainability projects and programs across a wide range of industries, including agribusiness, chemicals, petrochemicals, and mining. He brings extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and negotiations, including interactions with regulatory authorities. Daniel leads initiatives across the agribusiness value chain, with a particular focus on the agrochemicals, fertilizers, biofuels, commodities trading, and financial services sectors. He holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from UNESP and a specialization in Business Project Management from Insper.

Fernanda Britto is a Partner at ERM with more than 17 years of experience in sustainability, climate change, governance, human rights, stakeholder engagement, and community development. She advises clients across Brazil and Latin America on sustainability strategy, ESG integration, corporate reporting, and complex social and environmental challenges. A recognized expert in sustainable finance and ESG due diligence, Fernanda supports development finance institutions, commercial banks, international lenders, and private equity funds in assessing ESG risks and opportunities associated with large-scale projects and investment portfolios. Prior to joining ERM, she worked with United Nations agencies and NGO networks on social development and poverty alleviation initiatives. Fernanda has lived and worked in Spain and Switzerland and is an accredited SA8000 Lead Auditor.

Guilherme is a Partner in Sustainable Finance at ERM, leading a team dedicated to advising banks, insurers, alternative investors, and governments on ESG and sustainable finance strategies. He has supported the development of environmental and social risk management frameworks for more than 60 financial institutions and 50 investment funds across Brazil and Latin America. Guilherme is the author of the Sustainable Finance Guide for Agribusiness, developed in partnership with the UN Global Compact and IDB, and led the development of FEBRABAN’s Climate Sensitivity Framework for Agricultural Portfolios. He holds a degree in Production Engineering from UFRJ, a Master’s in Sustainability from FGV, and an extension certificate in Rural Insurance from ENS.

Juliana Cibim is a Transaction Advisory & M&A leader at ERM Brasil and co-coordinator of the Agribusiness POD in Latin America. With over 25 years of experience, she advises investors and companies across the region on complex transactions and sustainability-related challenges. She plays a key role in expanding ERM’s agribusiness platform in Latin America, supporting clients across the agro value chain with integrated solutions in ESG, due diligence, licensing, water resources, and risk management. Her leadership also extends to multidisciplinary collaboration and the development of ERM’s regional agribusiness capabilities.
