SFDR 2.0 Unpacked - What’s Changing and Why It Matters

Johann is a Partner at ERM and part of ERM’s leadership team for ESG Reporting & Disclosure services. He leads a group of technical experts who define ERM’s interpretations and operating standards for regulated ESG reporting (incl. CSRD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy) globally. Johann works with clients on sustainability matters across the governance and strategy, operations and performance management, finance and capital markets as well as compliance domains.

Kathryn is a Partner in ERM’s ESG Transaction Advisory and Sustainable Finance team, based in Paris. She also leads the M&A service across ERM’s Southern Europe business unit. She has over 20 years of experience in ESG advisory services supporting financial and corporate clients on ESG due diligence, transaction support, ESG strategy development and implementation, regulatory disclosures and reporting, contaminated land liabilities and environmental compliance.  

She is co-leading ERM’s EU Green Deal Services supporting both financial and corporate clients in their preparation and compliance with the EU regulations, including SFDR, EU Taxonomy and CSRD. She has successfully delivered over 100 SFDR strategy and EU Taxonomy assessment projects and led multiple corporate CSRD preparedness exercises.  

Andrew Budsock is a Principal Consultant specializing in responsible investment and value creation, with extensive experience leading complex ESG initiatives for GP clients across the investment lifecycle. He has led the development of ESG due diligence tools, managed over hundreds of ESG due diligence projects across sectors and geographies, and has developed impact screening tools. From a post-acquisition perspective, Andrew has led ESG strategy and road mapping projects. He has also developed and implemented large ESG reporting frameworks for private equity clients.
