At Franklin Templeton, Dr Jen Willetts leads a multidisciplinary group of sustainable investment professionals with expertise in sustainability data & analytics, stewardship & engagement, and policy & reporting. The team partners closely with investment teams and other stakeholders across the firm to integrate sustainability considerations into investment decision-making and to support the management of sustainability-related risks and opportunities. Dr Willetts has over 11 years of experience in the asset management industry, having started her career as an equity trader and quantitative analyst on the European Trading Desk at Franklin Templeton. Dr Willetts serves on the Advisory Board of WaterMarq – a company focusing on developing decision-useful data to support investment and collective action for water security.
