Stacy is a Partner at ERM. ​She brings over 16 years' experience advising Board and C-suite executives and leading on the development and implementation of projects focused on ESG, responsible mineral supply chains, integrated stakeholder management, just transition, social justice, and disaster risk and climate resilience. With extensive experience working with multilateral, public and private sectors, Stacy has been able to create impact across many jurisdictions and sectors.

In addition to her role within ERM, Stacy is a Trustee of The Impact Facility, a non-profit focused on responsible supply chain for Artisanal and Small Scale Mining, and is the former Managing Director of Women in Mining UK, a volunteer non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting the employment, retention, and advancement of women in the mining sector.

Peter is UAE-based and leads ERM’s Middle East activities. Peter is a sustainability expert who has worked globally supporting clients with environmental, social and climate risk and opportunity management for over 30 years. He has worked extensively across the mining and metals value chain supporting clients at all stages from exploration to extraction to processing to product manufacture. Peter has also worked closely at the intersection with financing to support the development of mining capital projects and in support of lender expectations and standards. He has worked with clients and projects across Latin America, Africa, Europe, Middle East and Australia.

Neil is a seasoned mining and metal professional with 25+ years of comprehensive experience across the technical, operational and commercial facets of the mining and metals industry. Neil has in-depth knowledge across the entire mining value chain encompassing exploration, resource development, feasibility studies, operations, beneficiation and mine closure. Neil has a proven track record as a key technical and valuations advisor on numerous large, global mining M&A and restructuring transactions. Neil also has broad experience in sustainability, risk management, compliance, governance and corporate finance. Leveraging 10 years of experience within a Corporate Finance environment at a Big Four firm in London, specialising technical reviews, due diligence and valuations of mining and metals projects.
