ERM is proud to take part in the Chemical Industries Association (CIA) Sustainability Conference 2026, the UK's leading annual sustainability event for the chemical industry. The conference brings together sustainability professionals, industry leaders, policymakers and innovators. Together they will look at what is shaping the shift to a more sustainable, competitive and low-carbon chemicals sector, from industrial decarbonisation and energy resilience to supply chain due diligence and sustainable innovation.

This year, ERM and the CIA will launch Navigating Sustainability Reporting: A Practical Guide for the Chemical Industry at the conference. This co-branded handbook helps chemical companies manage the changing reporting landscape with confidence.

Navigating Sustainability Reporting: A Practical Guide for the Chemical Industry

When: Tuesday 10 November 2026, 09:55–10:20

Where: Hilton Leeds City Hotel, Leeds, UK

ERM speaker: Nicolas Heath, Partner

Sustainability reporting is changing fast, and chemical companies need to move from compliance to clarity. Drawing on the new CIA Sustainability Reporting Handbook, this session gives practical guidance on how to approach sustainability reporting today and practical actions that preparers can take. It will explore how to focus on what matters, build a credible reporting system, and get real value from your data.

Planning to attend? Meet ERM in Leeds to discuss your sustainability reporting priorities. You can also message our delegates Nicolas Heath and Matthew Dilley on LinkedIn to arrange a conversation at the event.

We look forward to connecting with the UK chemical industry community and sharing ERM's perspective on practical, effective sustainability reporting.
