Manuela Fumarola is an Associate Partner at ERM, based in London, where she leads the EMEA Value Creation offering. She advises investors and privately held companies on using sustainability as a lever for growth, resilience, and long-term value.
Before joining ERM, Manuela was Head of ESG for Aberdeen’s Private Equity division, where she built the firm’s first climate change strategy, launched two sustainable funds, and directed ESG strategy for its listed investment trust. Earlier in her career, she worked at M&G as a Private Equity Investor, where she also shaped the team’s ESG approach and launched an Impact Fund of Funds.
Manuela holds a BSc in Management with Corporate Finance from Cass Business School and an MSt in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge, where she is also a Faculty Member.
