Lawyer with over 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors, specializing in social conflict prevention, multi-stakeholder dialogue, and human rights standards implementation. She has advised and trained mining and energy companies in the Andean Region on human rights, interculturality, and conflict prevention. Her professional background includes key roles at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Ministry of Energy and Mines, the Ombudsman’s Office, NGOs, and business associations. She has led the mining sector’s human rights roadmap and fostered strategic partnerships to advance the SDGs.
