Ricardo is a leading partner of Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change. He has more than 20 years of experience in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) themes, assurance, and elaboration of sustainability reports, environmental audits, and due diligence, as well as in projects regarding mitigation and adaptation to climate change. He has been an active member of the Brazilian Delegation at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) since 2006. He has performed projects on the oil and gas, mining, petrochemical, agribusiness, and consumer goods sectors, leading engagements in Latin America, Europe, and Africa. Lately, he has been working on the implementation of ESG metrics in the financial sector, focusing on the TCFD framework (Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures).
