Olivier is a Partner, based in Marseille, Southern France. As an Engineer in Geology with more than 20 years of experience in the field of consulting and environmental engineering, he specializes in the expert review, design, implementation and management of complex / large investigations, decommissioning and subsoil remediation works. He provided strategic advice and was part of numerous negotiations with the Authorities and communications with third parties. Olivier also successfully assisted international clients in due diligences projects for the transfer of significant liabilities or as part of litigation cases for industrial properties of the chemical, fine chemical, petrochemical, metal works or metallurgy sectors.

Kris is a Consulting Director with ERM UK, with 15 years’ experience specialising in complex decommissioning and demolition projects across the UK, with a focus on nuclear, oil & gas, and petrochemical sectors. Proven expertise in site strategy, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, delivering pragmatic, cost-effective solutions in high-risk environments. He is recognised for driving innovation in methodology development and achieving significant programme and cost efficiencies.

Lindsay is a Technical Director with ERM UK with 30 years experience working within Major Group environmental and H&S consultancy departments. His experience has been in project and team management for a wide range of UK and multinational companies and organisations concentrating on decontamination, site decommissioning and site closure or exit situations. Associated issues include Environmental Permits (compliance, variation and surrender), safety and safe contractor management, occupational hygiene and asbestos issues, land quality / site investigation, risk assessment, environmental audit and environmental assessment in the areas of contaminated land, contaminated buildings and equipment, hazardous chemicals / materials and EH&S management. He has undertaken numerous site audits and projects within the UK, Europe, South Africa and the far East. 

Klaus Schnell is Regional Service Lead for Site Investigation and Remediation Management (SIR) at ERM across the EMEA region, bringing over 25 years of expertise in environmental consulting. Klaus leads the delivery of complex, large-scale remediation programs, supporting clients in managing environmental risks and navigating long-term, multi-stakeholder challenges. Klaus is known for his ability to bring together multidisciplinary and international teams to deliver practical, high-quality solutions on some of the most demanding projects in the region. With deep expertise in contaminated land assessment and risk management, he helps clients make informed decisions and drive sustainable outcomes. In his role, Klaus ensures excellence in project delivery, overseeing technical quality, governance, and health and safety across ERM’s remediation portfolio in EMEA.
