Alaric is a Partner in ERM's EMEA Corporate Sustainability ＆ Climate Change team and focuses on unlocking value for private markets clients through decarbonisation. His work focuses both on GPs, as well as their Portfolio companies, and involves the development of the ‘case for change’ for decarbonisation, identification of decarbonisation levers, quantifying costs and benefits, selecting value accretive investments through MACC analysis, and securing PortCo buy-in to execute decarbonisation plans. His work typically focuses on clients in private equity and infrastructure funds. Alaric has a near 30-year career in consulting, focused on climate change strategy, low carbon infrastructure and enabling the energy transition.
