Impact through collaboration

Empowering women entrepreneurs in rural Ghana

Saha Global works in Northern Ghana to provide training for women to establish chlorinating businesses that improve access to affordable, clean water for rural communities. To date they have trained almost 700 women entrepreneurs, serving approximately 110,000 people with access to affordable, clean water.

The ERM Foundation has been working with Saha Global since 2017. This year, we funded an additional six new clean water businesses and training that will improve access to clean water for 2,400 people. We have also provided pro bono professional support to help Saha Global improve the efficiency and accuracy of their data collection processes, to support their reporting for existing and future donors.
