Soli is a Social Consultant based in Boston, Massachusetts. An international development professional with strong analytical skills and program management knowledge, Soli has extensive field experience both in Latin and Central America and West Africa. Soli has worked in a variety of areas including environmental and social impact assessment, stakeholder engagement and strategic community investment processes. Her offshore and onshore O&G experience revolves around the development of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for exploratory drilling, Floating and Production Storage Facilities (FPSO), seismic and coring acquisitions campaigns and risk analysis in various geographies such as Angola, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico.

Every May the Institute of the Americas brings together thought leaders from government, industry, and civil society to facilitate dialogue, inform rational policymaking, and foster a deeper understanding of the Western Hemisphere’s most critical energy and sustainability issues.
