Chin has 25 years Environmental Health & Safety and Sustainability consulting experience. Her experience is focused on sustainability consulting, sustainability reporting, materiality assessment, ESG due diligence, bench marking, peer-review, gap analysis besides brownfield remediation, wastewater treatment plant design and large environmental programme management.
Chin has accomplished major oil and gas downstream environmental services programmes for major petroleum and petrochemical companies covering countries in Malaysia, Thailand, India, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore, Pakistan.

SK has a strong passion for low carbon economy and energy transition with over three decades of successful track records in the international energy sector across Asia, Americas and Europe. SK comes with strong business development and start up experiences and possesses a wide network in the energy industry having lived in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, US and UK; and conducted business across China/North Asia, ASEAN countries, America regions and UK/Europe.
His areas of experience include project management, strategy review (country, region and global level), M&A and divestment, due diligence, corporate governance, commercial negotiation, digital deployment, LNG trading, operations with P&L responsibility, lobbying and advocacy work.

Wei Chee has more than 28 years in energy, sustainability and transformation. As the Country Managing Partner, he leads the strategic partnerships with the government, industries and the corporate clients in Singapore, to help advance sustainability and climate change actions. Together with his team, he is focused on driving the growth of renewable energy, digitalization and ESG financing, and a suite of environmental, health and safety services across the industry sectors.

Prior to joining ERM, he held leadership position in the oil & gas and transportation sectors globally, and has worked in the UK, Netherlands, Malaysia and Singapore. Being a Shell-accredited Experienced Deal Lead, he has acquired extensive experience in M&A and deal implementation leading Shell’s mega projects such as Shell Australia Downstream divestment, Showa Shell divestment, acquisition of an APAC renewable platform, IPO of Shell Philippines Downstream and Shell Caribbean divestment.

Trista Chen is a Partner with ERM based in Singapore, leading the Financial Sector and ESG Transaction Advisory Services in APAC. She has over 15 years’ experience in Strategic Sustainability Consulting, advising clients on managing ESG issues in transactions including IPO and post investment/ loans ESG value enhancement.
Her guidance  has helped clients secure investments, facilitated integration and ESG opportunities management. Her advice on ESG risks, emerging ESG opportunities as well as their potential financial impacts enabled financial and trade clients to evaluate the viability and future sustainability of their investment plans.
