Jaideep Das is a Partner at ERM based in London and leads ERM's Global M&A Services (including ESG advisory) and the Finance team in Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA). Jaideep's work has included supporting Financial Institutions firms apply market-leading Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) approaches. He has led multiple ESG assignments including developing an ESG strategy and implementation roadmap, undertaking portfolio-wide consideration of business impacts of sustainability issues, helping meet ESG expectations of their Limited Partners (LPs), applying broader ESG approaches to pre-acquisition due diligence and running effective post-acquisition value enhancement programs. Jaideep has worked extensively for PE firms and LPs including KKR, Bain Capital, Bridgepoint, Carlyle, EQT, Partners Group, PGGM, Blackstone, OMERS, IFM, Riverstone, Permira and Triton amongst others.
