ERM Webinar: Impacts of Biologicals on Agricultural Innovations, Regulations and Sustainability

Keith is Executive Director of the Biological Products Industry Alliance (BPIA). Previously, Mr. Jones was executive director of a land trust focused on watershed protection and environmental education. In the past, he has served as general counsel to several organizations including a national environmental trade association and one of the largest public water utility companies in the United States. Mr. Jones has published several articles in various academic journals and speaks regularly around the world on a variety of topics. He holds a BA in Communications from Rider University, a JD from the Temple University School of Law, and a MS in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.

Tessa is a Global Regulatory Ecotoxicologist and has worked in the agriculture industry for eleven years, previously at DuPont Crop Protection and now at FMC. At FMC, she serves on the endocrine expert team and provides expertise as an aquatic toxicologist. Tessa also leads the Sustainability Team for her site and started a grass roots ‘Green Leaders’ group whose goal is to raise awareness of the environmental footprint of individuals on site. She completed a BSc in Biological Sciences and then a PhD in Ecotoxicology at the University of Exeter in the UK.

Bonnie is a Partner in ERM’s Product Stewardship community based in Malvern, PA. She has 15 years of environmental consulting experience, the last 10 of which have been dedicated to supporting clients in the crop protection, chemical, and manufacturing industries. Bonnie supports clients across the life cycle of their products to ensure global compliance obligations are addressed while managing environmental and social impacts.

Alison is an ERM Partner in the European regulatory affairs team. She began her regulatory career in 1992 at the UK government authority PSD, now CRD, where she managed new active substance projects and a panel of external contractors. She advises global clients on regulatory matters related to agricultural pesticides – including biologicals and biostimulants. She has acted as UK representative at European Commission and OECD working groups and trained officials and industry experts in Europe and Africa.

Jennifer is a Principal Consultant in ERM’s Product Stewardship community. She has nearly 20 years of experience working in agriculture, in both research and product stewardship where she has supported regulatory efforts for chemical, biological, and consumer products. Prior to ERM, Jennifer came from the agriculture industry and has supported state, federal, and international regulatory at Bayer, Isagro, BASF, and most recently Indigo Ag.
