Currently José is the leader of the Safety Services team in Mexico & Central America, including related topics with Process Safety Management (PSM). He has +10 years of experience in HSE topics including HSE compliance audits, HSE corporate standards, process safety management (PSM), air pollution treatment engineering, wastewater engineering, Environmental Risk Assessments (ERA), Accidents Prevention Programs (APP), and hazards and risk identification in industrial plants.

Erick Flores has more than ten years of experience in HSE topics including HSE compliance audits, HSE corporate standards, Process Safety Management (PSM), safety conditions-prevention and fire protection engineering, protection systems and safety devices in the machinery and equipment. Erick specializes in Risk Assessment of chemical, Oil&Gas and pharmaceutical process facilities, including identifying hazardous scenarios (HAZID, HAZOP-LOPA, FTA Leader), frequency analysis, consequence modelling and emergency response planning.

Omar Rios is senior consultant within the Safety Services team at ERM, based in Mexico City. He has performed as analyst, facilitator, and trainer on qualitative and quantitative risk assessment techniques across oil & gas, pharmaceutics, chemical, mining and transportation industries. He has performed services within the Safety portfolio in Mexico, USA, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Trinidad & Tobago, Argentina, Brazil, Perú and Hong Kong.

Arlindo Neto is a Technical Director with over 25 years in the chemical and petrochemical sectors. He has 12 years of experience working on environmental projects: environmental audits, contaminated site investigation and remediation, implementation of water and wastewater monitoring projects, and Risk Assessments (APP, HAZOP, FMEA, etc.). Arlindo has specific experience in evaluating oil and gas exploration and production sites and implementing Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety Management Systems in large corporations in the chemical and petrochemical sectors. He has performed over 40 environmental, health, safety, and occupational audits in different industries and transportation companies, having worked as lead coordinator for several Risk Management / EHS / PSM Projects.

Pedro Valezin, Consultant and Chemical Engineer, part of the São Paulo ERM team and has over five years of experience in process safety, health and safety management, as well as performing transactional due-diligences and compliance assessments on behalf of many multinationals in the industrial, legal and financial sector. In process safety services, Pedro has worked in the strategic context of qualitative and quantitative analyzes such as HazOp and Preliminary Hazard Analysis, Quantitative Risk Assessments, Risk Management Programs, and the development of Emergency Action Plans for various sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pulp and Paper and Port Terminals. Pedro also worked with the compliance assessmet of regulatory and corporate health and safety program in the post-merger integration processes for an Oil & Gas company.

Renata Pinto is a consultant and a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and Process Thermodynamics. She has over 18 years of experience in process safety management, industrial projects, and process engineering in companies such as Shell, Rhodia, Oxiteno, Atvos, and RSE, and spent the last nine years exclusively in the strategic context of Process Safety and HSE before the start in ERM consulting. Renata carried out, implemented, and managed several projects related to the RBPS / CCPS process safety management system, including experience in process risk analysis studies, Change management implementation; HIRA, Critical Control, EHS Legal Requirements, and Audits.
