Claire Turner is a Partner based in the ERM Bristol Office and member of ERM’s global safety services team. She is a qualified organisational psychologist, based in the UK, with over 15 years’ experience in delivering safety and culture change programmes and helping clients to develop error tolerant systems to optimise safety and performance. Claire’s early career focused on rail safety and improvements to the drivability of rail infrastructure following some high profile train crashes. At ERM, she has also worked extensively in mining and construction, including fatality investigations. She helps clients to build a strong and sustainable safety culture, to optimise human performance and minimise the impact of human error in their operations.
