ERM reports on minority groups for governance bodies, but due to system limitations, is not able to report on all diversity parameters among all employees by employee category at this time.

Systems are expected to be in place in time to track ERM's 5-year diversity goal.

At the close of FY19, the UK-based Board of Directors consisted of 8 members, all of Caucasian descent. Twelve of the 13 members of the Executive Committee are of Caucasian descent, and there was one vacant role
