ERM's subject matter expert, Sammy Lakshmanan, Partner, ERM Digital Services, will be participating in a panel session on Best Practices for HSE Analytics. Sammy has over 18 years’ experience helping companies developing their digital EHS strategy and implementing and sustaining systems within that portfolio.
Sammy Lakshmanan is a Senior Partner within ERM and manages the Digital Services within Europe, Middle East, and Africa. He has 18 years of experience helping companies with developing their Digital EHS strategy and implementing and sustaining systems within that portfolio. He has helped Fortune 500 organizations harness technology & data to achieve EHS operational excellence in a wide range of industries, such as oil & gas, mining, aerospace & defense, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. In a complex world of Internet of Things, Enterprise Systems, and Predictive Analytics, Sammy has helped companies develop a structured and strategic approach to leverage the benefits to improve EHS performance within the realities of cost and resource constraints.
Al Hocking is a Partner at ERM with approaching 19 years’ experience in EHS consultancy and industry. His areas of expertise include providing safety training / facilitation and coaching across all levels of organisations, providing advice on EHS management systems development and implementation alongside organisational design, alongside strategy development and auditing. Al has a particular focus on the manufacturing and oil & gas sectors and has worked extensively on a range of EHS projects. Al has delivered safety leadership programmes in the Middle-East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman), across Europe and in the UK and his work has helped organisations to develop solutions that deliver EHS performance improvement. In many cases these solutions have both a technical and cultural dimension and Al is adept at working across all levels of organisations to help deliver sustainable and long-lasting change.
