20 - 21 September 2018
ERM is a Premium Sponsor and will be both exhibiting and speaking at this year’s European HSE Management Forum, being held in Amsterdam on 20-21 September.
The event attracts HSE leaders from across Europe to share knowledge and experience on safety culture and leadership, HSE operational excellence and overcoming the barriers related to both topics. This year's forum will focus on the human factors in HSE, possible ways of improving Safety Culture through Behaviour Training and the four pillars of our Behavioural Safety Improvement Cycle, as well as other emerging topics.

Transforming your approach and creating a fatality prevention focus
21 September (Day One), 09:40
Kathleen Goossens, Partner and lead of ERM’s Safety Services Team in South Europe, will share ERM’s insights into what our clients are thinking about their safety performance, based on the results of a recent global survey conducted by ERM, and present practical ways to shift people’s thinking to purposeful and achievable fatality prevention.
Kathleen has over 30 years’ experience, including as biochemical engineer and as environmental, safety and sustainability consultant, and has focused over the last decade mainly on improving safety performance of ERM’s industrial clients.
In addition to Kathleen, three other senior members of ERM’s Safety Services team will attend to discuss current thinking regarding safety performance, safety trends and how to ultimately shift mindsets towards achievable safety outcomes – safeguarding lives, assets and reputation.
