Brian Desrosiers is an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)/ Process Safety Manager (PSM) based in ERM’s Hartford, Connecticut office. Brian have over 5-years’ of experience and has completed regulatory Health and Safety and Process Safety Management audits in the following industrial environments: manufacturing, food processing, refineries, chemical processing, offices, R&D labs and pharmaceuticals. Additionally, he has developed and implemented health and safety programs, as well as training programs to educate staff on health & safety and associated potential hazards, including blood borne pathogens, hazard communication, toxicology, respiratory protection, fire response and prevention, and electrical safety. Brian is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) as well as an Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), both through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).
Chris Israni is a Senior Project Engineer based in ERM’s Houston, Texas office. Chris has over 17-years’ of experience in the areas of process safety management and risk management, compliance with an extensive process and environmental background. He has expertise in various PSM related areas such as process hazard analyses (PHAs) including HAZOPs, HAZIDs and what-ifs, management of change (MOC), pre-startup safety reviews (PSSR), PSM audits ,process safety information (PSI) and process safety requirements for the offshore industry. In addition, Chris also is experienced on the quality management side in terms of FMEAs for the medical and automotive industries; occupational safety in terms of job safety analysis (JSA) and environmental engineering in terms of waste water designs, environmental statements, impact assessment and ENVIDs.
Alejandro Jimenez is a Safety and Risk Consultant based in ERM’s Houston, Texas office. Alejandro is a certified Professional Engineer (P.E) with 9-years’ of experience in fire engineering analysis, technical safety studies, risk assessment, emergency response, and implementation of environment, health, and safety (EHS) management systems. Before his engineering experience, he worked in a fire department in Venezuela where he led and participated in several incidents response and was formally trained in emergency response, including hazardous material (HAZMAT) incidents. He holds two masters’ in science degrees (MS), one in Safety, Risk and Reliability Engineering, and another one in Fire and Explosions Engineering. Additionally he holds a NFPA Certification on Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS).
Steve Hawkins is a Partner based in ERM’s Cincinnati, Ohio office. Steve has over 22-years’ of experience in air quality, compliance and environmental management systems auditing, process safety management, environmental site assessments, regulatory analysis and review, permitting, and air pollution control equipment design. He is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA) and Certified Process Safety Auditor (CPSA).
Dan Reinke is a Senior Partner based in ERM’s Minneapolis, Minnesota office. Dan have over 30-years’ of experience in safety, process and environmental engineering in private industry, government, and consulting. He is highly experienced in process safety management for industrial clients in several industry sectors including general manufacturing, consumer products, explosives and pyrotechnics manufacturing, petroleum refining, chemical processing and the food and beverage industry.
