This 2-day course is an exceptional way to meet both your Dangerous Waste WAC 173-303-330 annual training and DOT 49 CFR 172.704 recurrent training requirements. This course is unique and specifically tailored to Washington state requirements and updates.

Learn the important concepts and procedures required for compliance with hazardous waste (EPA/RCRA) and dangerous waste (WDOE) hazardous materials transport (DOT/HMTA/WSDOT) regulations in an engaging format that uses scenario-based training methods designed to help you maximize learning retention and apply what you’ve learned to your work every day.

After this training, you will know the key differences between RCRA and WDOE requirements that are critical to management of dangerous wastes in Washington State. You’ll also learn how to avoid the most common violations cited by WDOE and WSDOT, as well as how to comply with new requirements that have been enacted over the past year.

Per state and federal regulations all people who manage dangerous waste and/or ship hazardous materials must complete annual RCRA and DOT refresher training.

You will receive a certificate of training to keep as part of your facility records as required by WAC 173-303-330 (3) and 49 CFR 172.704.
