ERM at AME Roundup 2019
ERM Breakfast Panel
30 January 2019, 7:30 am - 9:00 am
Sustainable Mine Development – Building The Mine We Want to See
Over the past year, ERM has been discussing the concept of ‘building the mine we want to see’ at mining conferences around the world. Essentially, it challenges mining companies to think about ways to build a competitive advantage through sustainable practices.
We’ve assembled an experienced panel to discuss the challenges and best practices they’ve seen in key areas where we see sustainability playing a role in mineral development, including:
- Water management,
- Social performance, and
- Reclamation & closure
Our panel will be facilitated by Anne Currie, Partner with ERM. She will be joined by panelists:
- Tim Bekhuys, Vice President, Environment and Community Relations, SSR Mining
- Nalaine Morin, Principal, ArrowBlade Consulting Services
- Brent Murphy, Vice President, Environmental Affairs, Seabridge Gold
- Greg Norton, Partner, ERM
- Siri C. Genik, Principal, BRIDGE© and Director, Women in Mining Canada
We hope that you can join us for this interactive discussion. A complimentary breakfast will be provided from 7:30 - 8:00 am.
30 January 2019, 4:30 - 7:30 pm PST
Enjoy a relaxed evening of networking over hors d'oeuvres and beverages at ERM's reception.
We'll be bringing our industry peers together for an informal evening of networking to wind down after a day full of sessions, ahead of the Roundup Awards Gala.
This drop-in reception is complimentary to attend, and you are welcome to bring a colleague with you. We will be located in Meeting Room 201 on the 2nd floor of the West Building of the Convention Center.
We look forward to hosting you!
