Partner in the Sustainability Information Solutions Practice based in the United States

Every day is different for me. I am involved in managing Enterprise Environmental Health and Safety Management Information System (EMIS) projects for companies around the world and in all sectors. A particularly exciting part of this is the opportunity it gives me to do different things; from facilitating client meetings and finding out what their requirements are, to providing status updates on particularly technical tasks.

Why ERM?
ERM has an impressive global footprint which means that wherever in the world we need to support our clients, we have a network of highly professional colleagues that can provide on the ground support or knowledge. It doesn’t really matter where you are based, the pool of resources are available to everyone.

For example during a major emergency response project my team was able to establish a global support group to organize our members in Australia, Middle East, the UK and the US to provide a 24-hour operation seven days a week. The team used electronic collaboration tools to collect, validate and generate reports for waste tracking. Another great outcome of this project was the development of a number of new leaders in our organization who were able to continue supporting the project.

ERM’s management is really engaged in growing people’s careers as you are given the opportunity to grow your leadership skills. I have worked on interesting and diverse projects in the United States, Mexico, Kazakhstan and Spain and really enjoy working with my colleagues from who I am continuously learning every day. I am always impressed with the high level of professionalism they all show.
