The ERM Academy is at the heart of learning and development at ERM. Through the Academy, we offer a range of learning opportunities which are aligned to both our business goals and an individual’s current career objectives, whether they are in a consulting or professional support role.

Every new employee completes a number of mandatory training and local on-boarding activities to ensure they are safe and compliant with the requirements and policies of ERM, our clients and legislation, regardless of whatever situation they may face. We have also developed a dedicated Discover ERM portal to support the faster integration of new employees and the continued education of existing staff, and which is an important part of our learning and development program from the start.

The Academy offers a range of learning pathways that are specific to your role and career level. They provide all employees with the learning channels to develop their skills in-line with their experience and abilities through a mix of classroom, eLearning and informal education approaches.  Alongside these pathways, each global practice area offers its own specialist learning curricula. These typically are a blend of bespoke eLearning, external professional training and on the job training with all training aligned to a globally consistent performance management and development process.

At ERM we also help you to broaden your expertise through knowledge sharing. ERM has an award-winning knowledge management system, which enables our teams to access client information and technical resources in real time. It also means we can pool our global experience and source the right local, regulatory, cultural and language skills to support client projects worldwide.
