Bannerman Mining Resources (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd is continuing its plans to establish ‘The Etango Project’ that lies 41km east of Swakopmund and 47km northeast of Walvis Bay, Namibia.  The Etango Project mine and processing plant will need a water pipeline, electricity transmission lines and transport routes (possibly rail and road).  It has commissioned Environmental Resource Management (ERM) and A. Speiser Environmental Consultants cc (ASEC) to conduct the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for all these supply routes.
