Venkatesh has over 20 years’ experience in process safety and risk management having carried out several Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), HAZOP/SIL and Reliability and Availability studies for LNG, Gas Processing, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Polymers and offshore platforms/FPSOs.
He has been involved in applying risk assessment techniques to the geotechnical field in assessing the risk of landslides and boulder fall for the railway industry in relation to the potential risk to passengers from train and non-train accidents. In the relation to of explosives he has worked on tunneling projects and fireworks/pyrotechnic shows. Venkatesh’s experience also includes process plant start-up/ commissioning and working on the start-up of benzene and ethylene plants and a crude distillation unit.
Venkatesh supports clients across North Asia including as well as the Middle East and Italy.
