Global Managing Partner of Impact Assessment and Planning

Steve coordinates our Global Impact Assessment and Planning Practice, which comprises over 300 employees working on major projects all over the world.  The role of the practice is to help clients develop projects in a sustainable manner and achieve all required environmental and social approvals. 

Steve draws on his own experience of over 20 years of consulting experience, working on major projects all over the world.  He has managed EIA practice teams in the UK and Australia and has worked on pipeline and transmission EIAs, coal mine expansion studies, provided expert witness support on a livestock station expansion EIA and more recently supporting projects in Indonesia.  His practice experience is very broad covering due diligence and compliance audits, wastewater engineering, remedial design, remediation, soil and groundwater contamination liability investigations. This experience incorporates projects at numerous types of facilities including oil and gas (and petrochemical), mining and power infrastructure; manufacturing, pharmaceutical and chemical.
