Partner, Practice Lead for Contaminated Site Management in LAC and Technical Director for SIR and Sampling in Brazil
Carlos is the practice lead for Contaminated Site Management in Latin America and the Caribbean and the technical director for SI&R and Sampling areas in Brazil. He joined ERM in 1998 and is in charge of ERM’s Porto Alegre office.
A civil engineer with 20 years’ experience in the Brazilian market and two of the German market, Carlos has extensive experience in site investigation and remediation, with emphasis on highly contaminated and complex sites, large portfolio management, technical and management support on legal disputes, and strategic support on the concept development, budget forecasting, negotiation and implementation of action plans with environmental agencies and public attorneys.
