Emerging and Environmental Claims Managers Association (EECMA) Spring 2010 Meeting and Conference

The Emerging and Environmental Claims Managers Association (EECMA) is an informal association of major and minor, domestic and international, property and casualty insurers and reinsurers. The members of EECMA are focused on continued education about the many issues surrounding environmental, asbestos, and other long-term exposure litigation that continues to challenge us and our policyholders.

ERM Principal Partner, Ed Hinchey, P.G. will be co-presenting, “Claims Arising From Advancements in Deep Gas Drilling Technologies - The Marcellus Shale and Beyond” along with Mark Freed, Esq. of the Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer and Toddy Law firm located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
 
Ed Hinchey leads ERM's Shale Bed Methane/Marcellus Shale Practice Area and was recently approved as a member of the Marcellus Shale Coalition.
