ERM Seminar: Air Requirements Affecting the Marcellus Shale Play
20 May 2010
ERM is holding a high-level breakfast seminar on 20 May 2010 that will provide an in-depth review of PADEP's new air permitting programs and USEPA's proposed mandatory GHG Reporting Rule for oil and natural gas systems that affect Marcellus activities.
This event is part of a continuing series of information exchange forums that ERM hosts for the benefit of our clients. These new requirements will have a direct effect on the natural gas industry in Pennsylvania.
The seminar will include open discussion and networking. Our experience has shown that this format broadens the learning experience by allowing participants to exchange ideas, discuss strategies, voice concerns, and share "lessons learned" with peers. Members of ERM's experienced air quality and climate change team will conduct the seminar.
This event is by invitation only. Please contact Dawn Basile for more information.
