D-Day: Capturing Asset Value and Avoiding Risks with Site Decommissioning, Decontamination, and Demolition

Facility closures are occasionally necessary at some time during the growth of organizations, yet many organizations may not have an established approach that maximizes asset value and minimizes risks at the closing facility. With proper planning and action during facility closures, organizations can recognize $100,000's in asset value and avoid environmental risks.

ERM is hosting a luncheon to learn where hidden asset value and environmental risks may exist when closing facilities from one of ERM's top demolition experts, Mr. Bob Klotzbach.  This session will allow senior environmental and real estate managers to hear ERM's approach and discuss the challenges of decommissioning and maintaining closed facilities.
