The ERM Foundation Australia was set up in 2005 and has been enormously successful in a very short space of time. Over 50% of Australian ERMers have volunteered their time and skills to Foundation acitivites.
 "The ERM foundation has provided an avenue for me to combine my professional experience with my interest in community development. On a personal level, the ERM Foundation has recently agreed to sponsor myself and another employee Rob Davies to undertake a community building trip in Thailand through Habitat for Humanity.
