| Workshops | Phase II of the Indo-UK Collaboration on Climate Change was launched on January 23, 2007, in Delhi, India. A one-day workshop brought together a wide range of stakeholders, including government, donors, and NGOs, to discuss the design of the main programme of work. The workshop was launched by the Rt Hon David Milliband, Secretary of State for Environment, UK, and Mr A J Raja, Minister for Environment and Forests, Government of India. The day’s sessions were split into two, with one focusing on the national level study, and the second focusing on the state level study.
